The inclusion of 6g BCAA’s (4:1:1), 100%+ of your daily Vitamin C requirement, 100%+ of Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Calcium requirements , 5g Glutamine, your immune systems primary energy source, plus methodically selected plant extracts such as Pine bark extract (a source of Procyanidin and similar properties to catechins in green tea), Rutin and Lemon Verbena to provide those all-important bioflavonoid protective properties, improved blood flow to flush those tired muscles and efficient introduction of new nourishment, with potential to even support blood glucose control.

Instructions for Use

Mix 1 sachet (approximately 25g) in 300-500ml water 30minutes after exercise.
