If you don’t take whey protein for your muscle recovery, or you would like something that you can take closer to training time (and even take it during), we have the right option for you, the BCAA & Glutamine formula.
The BCAA & Glutamine formula combines branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 4:1:1 ratio (Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine) with Glutamine. Combining BCAAs and Glutamine makes it possible to obtain a formula that boosts protein synthesis, promotes better muscle recovery after exercise, and prevents chronic fatigue.

Muscle Recovery
BCAAs are essential amino acids representing about 33% of our body’s muscle protein and are essential to preserving lean muscle mass. On the other hand, Glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid, which means that our body can produce it, but in stressful situations, namely, during physical exercise, infection, or surgery, sufficient amounts are not produced to supply the existing need.
As amino acids are found in isolated form, they are the best option to take during training because they do not involve a great deal of digestion and can be taken even during the most intense workouts.
BCAA & Glutamine is the ideal product for:
– Promote protein synthesis and muscle mass gains
– Anti-catabolic action
– Prevent mental fatigue that occurs during prolonged exercise
– Accelerate glycogen replenishment and muscle recovery after exertion
How to take it
As an alternative to protein shakes: Take one serving (10 g) diluted in 300 ml of water before training and one serving (10 g) diluted in 300 ml of water after workouts. As an intra-workout: Take one dose (10g) diluted in 500 ml of water to drink in small sips during training. As an alternative to a lactose-free recovery drink: Take one serving (10g) diluted in 500 ml of Goldrink isotonic drink to drink at the end of training. As a recovery drink for less intense workouts: Take one serving (10g) diluted in 500 ml of water to drink at the end of the workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Lemon Flavor – 1 serving (10g) equals one scoop. Watermelon Flavor – 1 serving (10g) equals two scoops.
